How do I get started with Knowledge Peak?

Can I change my subscription plan?

What happens if I exceed my article limit?

For Basic plans, you'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. You can upgrade to Pro for unlimited articles or purchase additional credits.

Are my articles saved?

Articles are saved during your browser session. For permanent storage and additional features, consider upgrading to a paid plan.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 7 days.

Can I export my articles?

Yes! Export your articles in TXT, Markdown, DOCX, or PDF formats. Export features are available on all plans.

What is your privacy and data storage policy?

We prioritize your privacy. Knowledge Peak does not store any generated articles or user prompts on our servers—your content is processed in real-time and delivered directly to your browser. However, we rely on third-party AI providers to generate content. These providers may retain prompts and outputs according to their own privacy policies.

We recommend reviewing these policies to understand how your data may be handled by our AI partners. If you have specific concerns, please contact support.

What data should I NOT include in my prompts?

For your security and compliance, NEVER include sensitive information in prompts. Specifically avoid: • Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Real names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, SSNs, government IDs • Financial Data: Credit cards, bank accounts, payment information • Authentication Credentials: Passwords, API keys, access tokens, security codes • Protected Health Information (PHI): Medical records, patient data • Trade Secrets: Confidential business information, proprietary data • Legal Information: Attorney-client privileged information • Security Details: System vulnerabilities, internal configurations Instead, use generic examples like "Jane Smith" or "customer@example.com" and anonymize all data.
