After a decade of leading global knowledge programs at enterprise companies, I kept seeing the same pattern: organizations treat knowledge as an afterthought. Even with dedicated teams and budgets, creating and maintaining documentation that actually helps customers remains a constant struggle.
I've mentored over 1,500 knowledge publishers, unified chaotic knowledge bases during multi-billion-dollar mergers, and built self-service portals serving millions of users. The tools and processes that work at enterprise scale are powerful—but they're also complex and expensive.
